$75 Registration Supply Fee
$175 Tuition Per Month

Stay-N-Play (w/ reservation)
$5 per hour per child (2:00 PM - 5:00 PM)

For twenty years we at First Learning Center have offered a Christian based program that offers a secure and loving environment for your children. Our program is offered to all members of First Baptist and non-members.

First Learning Center strives to create a child-centered and a creative learning environment by providing a balance of directed activities. Our classes are designed to allow your child to develop socially, emotionally, spiritually, and creatively at his or her own pace.

A Christian environment is an important part of our program and is centered on weekly chapel and music. Our programs also offer all mediums of art to allow your child to express their selves in a creative manner. The fours and fives are also offered the opportunity to learn the basic foundation of the Spanish language in their classes.

First Learning Center Leadership

Marynne Hildreth is the Director of First Learning Center and the Assistant to Preschool Minister. She has been a member of First Baptist church for 24 years and has been involved in the First Learning Center ministry for 20 years. During this period she was a teacher for 15 years and has been the Director for First Learning Center for 5 years. Her love for children is not limited to the preschool area of our church, as she has taught in our youth department for 12 years. She is involved in many ministries in our church from Bible studies, Youth Home Groups, Camps, Freedom Weekend, and leads the Pre-Teen Retreat for the Children’s Ministry. She has also been a guest leader for Women’s Bible study group and Retreat Speaker for the Protestant Women of the Chapel at Fort Sam Houston. Marynne is married to Bill Hildreth and they are the parents of 8 children, and grandparents to 16 grandchildren with number 17 on the way. Her passion is not only family and children of all ages, but to teach all age groups the truth of God’s word and be His hands and feet as He sees fit to use her.
