The purpose and design for the youth ministry at First Baptist church is to provide youth a place of belonging, a climate for spiritual growth, and meaningful relationships with adults and other teenagers so they may “Come and See” Christ at work across the city. Our “Youth Family” responds to the needs of teenagers and their parents from over 25 high school and middle school campuses from across the San Antonio area.

Philip then found Nathanael and said, “We have found the one that Moses and the Prophets wrote about. He is Jesus from Nazareth.” Nathanael asked, “Can anything good come from Nazareth?” Philip answered, “Come and see!”   John 1:46
