Adolescent Counseling
Addressing the multifaceted concerns and challenges that teenagers encounter in today's rapidly evolving world, providing them with the tools and support they need.
Adult Counseling
Individual counseling offers focused, one-on-one support to help you gain a deeper understanding and appreciation of yourself. Together, we'll explore various mental health, professional, and lifestyle issues contributing to emotional, relational, or vocational stress. This includes addressing concerns like depression, anxiety, grief, and faith-related struggles, among others.
Child Counseling
We understand that children often communicate best through play. Our Play Therapy program provides a developmentally appropriate way for children to express their needs, feelings, and wishes, facilitating healing through carefully designed activities that address emotional distress. Play therapy offers children a language they naturally speak, allowing our Registered Play Therapists to understand and address even complex issues.
Our specially designed playroom provides a safe and trusting environment where children can experience healing moments, explore difficult emotions, and develop effective coping strategies that can last a lifetime. Our therapists possess a deep understanding of child and brain development, as well as family dynamics, making them uniquely equipped to interpret the language of play.
In addition to play therapy, we offer comprehensive testing services for children through our Mindwise Now program.
